Ordering and Payment
You can now shop at PLUCK anytime of the day or week! You may place your order here at pluck.com.sg at your convenience.

Currency: All prices are shown in Singapore Dollars (SGD). Please note that all our prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice and we retain the right to change the price of any items at any time without prior notice.

Payment: We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express payments via Paypal. We also accept Bank Transfer payments from Singapore shoppers ONLY.

Sales Tax: We do not charge any sales tax currently. However, your country customs and/or postal regulations may require you to pay tax. You may wish to find out more from your local post office.

Order confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation email as well as payment confirmation once you have completed your transaction. Orders will only be processed upon receipt of payment.

Order cancellation: Orders cannot be cancelled once payment has been made at checkout. Your order will be processed and shipped as scheduled. However, we will refund the full amount paid if the order is cancelled due to unavailability of goods.

Returns & Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, it may be returned within seven days of receipt of purchase. We will need a copy of your receipt to be included in the return. We shall notify you as soon as we receive it and provide you with an exchange.

Exchanges are to be returned at the customers’ own expense and sent to PLUCK 31/33 Haji Lane Singapore 189226. Please note that we do not reimburse delivery or shipping costs on returned merchandise and any incurred delivery or shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers will be charged for shipping of the exchanged item.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges on jewellery and items that were purchased on sale. A returned item must be unworn/unused, with tags and packaging intact or we are unable to accept the item for return or exchange. PLUCK has the right to refuse return of goods that do not meet our exchange policy requirements.

Please note we cannot be responsible for lost packages. We cannot issue an exchange if your package is lost or damaged.

Singapore customers: You may return and exchange items purchased online at our store. Please bring along your original invoice as proof of purchase. Items must be returned for exchange within seven days of receipt of purchase.

Shipping and Delivery
All orders take 1-2 business days to process. We go to the post office on Monday, Wednesday and Friday (except when these days are Public Holidays). We try our best to process all orders expeditiously.

Shipping & Handling Charges
Delivery within Singapore: Three options available
1. Self-collect. You may choose to pick up your purchase at our store. You will be notified via email when your purchase is ready to be collected. Please bring along a copy of your order receipt.
2. Via post. You may choose to have your purchase mailed to you via SingPost Registered mail. The shipping and handling charges will be shown when you check out. Shipment time is approximately 3-5 business days from date of shipping.
3. Flat fee. For a flat fee of $60, you can get your purchases delivered via a delivery service.

International delivery
Items will be shipped via Singapore Post/Speedpost Worldwide Parcel. You will be emailed with the Package Reference Number once your package is shipped. Shipment time is approximately 11-15 Business Days from date of shipping, subject to your country's customs and postal security checks.

Furniture
Furniture items will ship via a delivery service. Please note that shipment to international locations is unavailable for furniture items.

Order Status & Order History
Shipping confirmation emails will be sent out once your order has been delivered to the post office. Alternatively, you can also track your order by logging into your account. Simply sign in to your account to view your order. You will be able to view your order history and track the status of all your orders.
